1. Product performance parameter
CMS2008 grouting recorder has a high precision, able to capture all sorts of parameters and limiting values accurately and effectively, in favor of ensuring the quality of grouting engineering.

(2) Standard pressure: Range 0-10 MPa, precision 0.5%, can be custom-tailored.
(3) Standard flow: Range0-150 L/min, precision 0.5%, can be custom-tailored.
(4) Standard density: Range 0-4 g/cm3, precision 1%, can be custom-tailored.
(5) Standard uplift: Range 0-25mm, precision 0.05%, can be custom-tailored.
(6) Adapted temperature: -40 deg c to 60 deg c
2. Economic efficiency and functionality
(1)CMS2008 grouting recorder is the most economic recorder both at home and abroad. It has the better cost performance than stand-alone. The function of one set of one-drag-eight recorder amounts to eight sets of stand-alone products while the price of the former is more or less that of the latter. Eight accesses of a recorder are mutually independent, once one access or several accesses unavailable, others can grout regularly without any delay of construction in time and process.
(2) CMS2008 has dual function of grouting recorder and computer. It can be used as computer at leisure time, which will highly improve facility utilization.
(3) CMS2008 grouting recorder adapts to all kinds of grouting, such as curtain grouting, consolidation grouting, chemical grouting, two-shot grouting, backfill grouting, joint grouting, GIN grouting, etc. Meanwhile, it adapts to exploration (pressured water) engineering.
(4)One host can simultaneously capture three parameters major-cycle grouting from one-to-eight holes. It has become the most economic recorder in China which can capture the largest numbers of grouting holes and parameters simultaneously.

3. Speciality
(1) Innovative points: Domestic exclusive use of USB means of communication to improve the security of data acquisition logger and authenticity. Customers can also match wireless communication, reduce on-site wiring, maintain the construction site clean. The farthest transmission distance is up to 3km, endless possibilities to satisfy customer needs.
(2) 32-bit high precision acquisition card, a small error rate, accuracy of 0.0001, well above the current 12-bit capture cards of other manufacturers., USB, , 100/, , . Most loggers use backward means of communication to collect data such as parallel, etc. And this machine uses the latest USB communication, which can collect data safely and alertly with the acquisition frequency of 100 times / sec, ensuring the extremum of collection and making for the high quality of the projects.
(3) The powerful function of software associated with super simulation interfaces real time show the data and curve in the process of grouting and water pressure. Meanwhile, they can organize office operating data, auto generate all sorts of curves, reports and data analytical chart in the DL/T5148-2001grouting specification.
(4)The metrology result has been tested and improved by National Institute of Metrology: The highest authority institute of metrology in China and commonly used in the world. The high precision results in good resolution ratio even as the injection ratio is less than 0.4L/min.
(5)CM2008 grouting recorder was an upgraded product first developed by our company in 2000. It is based on multi-channel computer-based recorder and has running smoothly in over 100 large-and-medium hydroelectric engineering. We ever and never regard our customers as the trial subjects of our products.
